I need to lose weight to reach a healthy range. I currently weigh 102.3 as of this morning. My first mini goal is to get under 100kg then to take each weightloss as a 5 kg mini goal.
I will share ideas here of what I enjoy about being healthy and what trips me up. Feel free to comment I am aiming to take a positive approach and consider that I am working towards a required goal. To approach it with joy and graciousness and an unflinching commitment and honesty with my self about the ways I lie to myself around my weight.
